Microsoft, be scared; be very scared
The Google, as we like to call it here at The Business, is working overtime to claim a piece of Microsoft’s software turf in every area it competes.
For instance, Google Docs put a word processor and spreadsheet on your computer directly from the Web without paying one dime for a license fee. Google calendar lets companies create and share calendars within departments or across the entire corporation.
Now Google is introducing the latest — and maybe the biggest — blast at Microsoft. It is releasing its own Internet browser, named “Google Chrome.” Among many features, the open-source browser features a “java virtual machine” and tabbed browsing that almost everyone in the world except certain IT departments has embraced.
Here is a link to a blog that provides some details about the new browser.

This just in: Google Chrome has been released in beta only for Windows XP and Vista operating systems. Sorry Macheads (for now).
