“Darla Z Live From Las Vegas” to air Saturday on KSBI

“Darla Z Live From Las Vegas,” filmed before a live audience from the strip in Las Vegas, Nev. is set to air at 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 18 on KSBI.

Singer/songwriter Darla Zuhdi, known as Darla Z, is from Oklahoma City and started her musical career opening in concert for Willie Nelson in 2005, according to a news release.

Stillwater High School graduate Zuhdi frequently performs in Las Vegas, and in the past year, Darla Z and her Las Vegas band have performed in concert in multiple fundraisers throughout Oklahoma, including events for the Oklahoma History Center, Oklahoma Prevent Blindness and the Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum.

She has also performed the national anthem at many sporting events, such as professional boxing events at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City and Riverwind Casino in Norman.

The “Darla Z Live From Las Vegas” show is sponsored by Bedre Fine Chocolates and was broadcast nationally on Jan. 3, 2012 on over 218 network affiliates as well as to national cable viewers through Legacy TV Network.
