“The Vampire Diaries” week-long marathon begins Dec. 13

The CW Network will rebroadcast the first ten episodes of “The Vampire Diaries’” second season starting Dec. 13.

For the second year in a row, this marathon event featuring the series offers fans the chance to catch up with season two and allows new viewers to get into the show.

Two episodes will air each night from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13 through Friday, Dec. 17, according to a news release from The CW.

“The Vampire Diaries” is the story of two vampire brothers (Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley) obsessed with the same beautiful girl (Nina Dobrev) and battling to control the fate of the town of Mystic Falls, Virginia.
