I have seen this documentary on British television. I’m looking for an exact quote from this in which one of the Gibbs brothers says that Ahmet Ertegün urged them to “write for the future.” Anyone have the exact statement?

Don’t understand why the Bee Gees have said they feel like they always had to prove themselves. They are the most prolific, versatile, and distinctive writers and singers in history! Robin and Barry continue to work on creative projects. There is no limit to their talent. All of the Gibb brothers have worked hard and should be proud of all they have accomplished. No formal training yet the Bee Gees were the number one group for many years.
I also read that they still get nervous before going on stage. That surprises me. They have spent half their lives on a stage performing in perfect harmony. Wonder why they feel this way?
There will always be critics but Bee Gee fans far exceed negative comments. Remember “We are Living in a World of Fools!” The Bee Gees have one hit after another. They are the best, separate or together. I hope Robin and Barry never stop creating new things. Lots of love and good things to Barry and Robin. Thanks for all the beautiful songs!
