i just seen the show, i’m from sweden, and it takes a while to get the show here, haha :P i just wanted to say that i am so proud of everyone of them, wow. what a great job.
it is sooooo easy for us, the people around, to tell them what to do or what not to do, but we are the worst, to follow in our own ways, and that must change, now….
so are you with me people?¨

this is my year,
as it is to all of the people that struggles with their weight,
