I really enjoy this show. I have only one complaint. It’s the music that is in the background. It is not only irritating, but I can’t understand a word the people are saying. It is not just your show, a lot of movies and other Tv shows seem to think loud music makes the show better. WRONG. I can’t tell you how many times I have switched to another channel because of the annoying background music that drowns out everything. Please tell whoever to please stop this practice.

what a rippoff of last resturant standing . At least you could give the contestants a proper space to cook in before you judge thier possible concepts success. maybe checkout the other show it was on the BBC.

Every restaurant hopeful is excited about this oppertunity it provides people like me with a once in a life time chance to fullfill my dreams—-IT WAS BY CHANCE I FOUND THE SHOW ON SUNDAY–POWERFUL, EXCITING,I have been telling all my friends.Please let me know when there will be a next casting call in New York…..OR IF THERE IS SOME OTHER WAY TO SUBMIT MY IDEA—I BELIEVE I GOT SOMETHING! Hope you’ll consider a late idea for a Great (Deli) Restaruant please! Had a Boss that wasted a Business, that can make a fortune.Scranton, PA. right by the University was a Dili that sold 100 dozen sandwitches a night! On Thursday,Friday,and Saturday the line waiting to come to our N.Y. style Dili was a Block long for hours. From 1:00am, to 4;00am it was madness to try to serve all the University Students that came out of 4 Bars on the 4 near by corners, but 4 of us did it!. Had a second, and third floor 5 Students in each Apt. at $175. per Student each month(A PLUS THAT PAYED THE BILLS) approved by the Student University Housing.Simple prep,good Dili Meat, fesh produce, and Bread from a near by suppliers.A steam table with pasta,mashed potatoes,chicken strips in lemon butter. And a average of a 100 cases of Snapale sold every week!

I have some recipies that were handed to me that are over 100 years old. Please please please I just need a chance. I saw the promo sement for the show. There was a man who was leaning towards a vegetarian theme. Curtis Stone asked
the contestant about the percentage of people who are vegetarian. After the man’s answer, there was total silence!!!! I am vegetarian and there is almost no place for me to eat out. It would have been far better to guide the man to a healthy eating theme which would have been so easy to do. Many people are leaning towards eaating less meat for health, religious or care for animals and they are
taking a backseat when it comes to eating out.

I have already created 2 dishes that everyone tries to recreate has not happened I owned my own restaurant for 6 years, in fact there is a contest every year in utica n.y. for the best chicken riggies, its called riggie fest and this past year they have done the research and have discovered that I was the original creator of chicken riggies I never came forward because its so interesting to watch people try to recreate the originel dish that has swept upstate new york it has been on rachael ray show and her recipe is still not the original that everyone is trying to recreate would love to be on your next show I CAN AMAZE YOU which I’m sure is not easy.
