Helen Graham, who plays Sarah Braverman on “Parenthood” (9 p.m. Tuesdays on NBC), turns 43 today.
She played Lorelai Gilmore on “Gilmore Girls” (2000-07).
Her first acting role was as Shelly in five episodes of “Caroline in the City” (1995-96). She was 28 when she started.
Best wishes to Lauren and everybody who shares this special day with her.
