Happy Birthday, Kim Raver

   March 15, 2010 — Kimberly
Jayne Raver, who plays Dr. Teddy Altman on “Grey’s Anatomy” (8 p.m. Thursdays on ABC), turns 41 today.
   She played Nico Reilly on “Lipstick Jungle” (2008-09) and Kathryn Hale on “The Nine” (2006-07).
   Her first TV appearance was in 1975 on “Sesame Street.” She was 6.
   Best wishes to Kim and everybody who shares this special day with her.
