Oklahomans in orange still on ‘Biggest Loser’

  NUP_137255_0509 Oklahoma’s orange-
shirted contestants Cheryl and Daris George stayed above the dreaded yellow line during the Week 2 weigh-in on NBC’s “The Biggest Loser.”
But just barely. Their total percentage of weight loss ranked seventh out of the eight teams up for elimination on Tuesday’s (Jan. 12) episode.
Daris dropped seven pounds and Cheryl three pounds for a weight loss percentage of 1.89. The purple team — mom Patti and daughter Stephanie — fell below the yellow line with a weight loss percentage of 1.50.
Patti was voted out. And for the second week in a row, Daris and Cheryl didn’t get to reveal their vote. That could work in their favor in the weeks to come.
Cheryl did get a bit of bad news during Week 2. The 51-year-old learned that due to her smoking and obesity, her inner age was 75.
And trainer Jillian Michaels had to deal with something bad, too. She had to eat one of the Georges’ daily meals which consisted of a lot of Mexican fast food.
