 Legally Blonde Musical Opening Heather Tom  Nov. 4, 2009 — Heather Tom,
who plays Katie Logan on “The Bold and the Beautiful” (2007-09 on CBS), turns 34 today.
   She guest starred as Holly on two 2008 episodes of “Ugly Betty.”
   Her first acting role was as Heather Harper in a 1989 episode of “Who’s the Boss?” She was 14.
   Best wishes to Heather and everybody who shares this special day with her.
