Dallas, who played Kyle on “Kyle XY” (2006-09), turns 27 today.
   He plays Chad on “Eastwick” (9 p.m. Wednesdays on ABC).
   His first acting role was as Todd in the 2005 movie “Way of the Vampire.” He was 23.
   Best wishes to Matt and everybody who shares this special day with him.

Matt Dallas is very good looking man. Its too bad that they have killed him from the Eastwick. He’s not a fully develop actor yet. He sounds facke. He looks sexy, thats all.
