Rascal Flatts signed the Gibson Flying V Guitar up for auction by NBC
Be the first to bid on a Gibson Flying V guitar
being auction off by NBC. As of 8 a.m. this morning (Friday, Oct. 16), there were no bids on the guitar that is signed by several artists who performed during the “Today Show 2008 Summer Concert Series.”
Rascal Flatts, the country trio that includes Picher native Joe Don Rooney, was among those who performed for fans and viewers in Rockefeller Center. And they signed the guitar.
So did Neil Diamond, Mary J. Blige, Alanis Morissette, the B-52’s, Donna Summer, Kenny Chesney, Rihanna, Coldplay, Natasha Bedingfield, Fergie, Michael Bublé, Neyo and REM.
To bid on the autographed guitar that looks like a flying letter “V,” go to www.nbcauction.auction.seenon.com. Bidding ends Oct. 23. All net proceeds from the sale of the guitar will go towards United Way, the official charity of NBC Universal.
