I can’t believe they canceled the series either! And after just 2 episodes at that. They couldn’t have waited for one season to get through. I’m so disappointed! I really loved this cast. Gr, I’m very frustrated now. At least the CW has a bunch of other amazing shows. (Gossip Girl and Melrose Place especially, for me personally.) So it’s not as bad of a loss. Oh and just a slight fyi for some people, Twilight is actually a knock off of The Vampire Diaries, if either are a knock off at that. The Vampire Diaries novels were published in the early 90s. Don’t get me wrong I love both anyway.

I just found that TBL was cancelled when it didn’t come on after Tyra. Doing a search on the net, I find that it is cancelled. I hate when they don’t give a show a chance! Come on! After only 2 episodes? NOT enough time. I know it was a bit rough around the edges, but it had a load of potential. It takes time for actors to develop their characters and for viewers to get into it. And yes, with the way premieres have been this season, I’m sure a lot of people missed it. I am very disappointed and hoping they reconsider or at least show us a few more episodes! So sick of this 90210 and Melrose crap. Saw it the first time around – give us something new! Give us The Beautiful Life back!

Yea I wondered what happened to TBL tonight! I was looking forward to watching it! It was something new! Unlike mel rose place and 90210! Come on CW come with something that no ones ever seen. As for vampire diaries its based on the books but its bad timing to make it a series after the twilight saga phenomenon! But I miss TBL!!

I can`t believe you guys Canceled it i know top model is no and stuff buts its not the same. it showed the real side to the model life and it was just getting intresting.

Gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t seem to find a seris to get into i was really liking TBL and am upset to see it pulled. Not really intrested in watching one tree hill for the 7 th season after taking their main characters and reason for watching it off the show. and vampire daires i guess i will watch if nothing better is on….. sucks….

I am so upset that The Beautiful Life was canceled. I was ready to sit down and start watching it tonight and then Melrose Place was on. I love Mischa Barton and was really excited to see her playing in the something again. The O.C. was my favorite show and I thought The Beautiful Life was going to be a great show too. Two episodes is not enough to give the show a chance. I wish they would put it back on and I agree get rid of The Vampire Diaries!

I agree it’s hard enough to get a crip on what new shows are on and when. and I had to work the first night that it was on and watched it online. I’m thinking that from now on I’m not watching shows until I know they are not going to be canceled.

I’m 55 and I thought TBL was the new OC or Gossip Girl. I recorded the 2 episodes so that my daughter could watch them when she is home from college. I’m not watching Melrose so now there’s 2 opportunities for me to turn to the other channels.

SHAME ON THEM. the beutiful life was really good, I could see it becomming big, maybe more advertising?
and personally i think melrose place sucks, and vampire diaries it done horribly! with things like true blood and twilight to compare it to, it just doesnt measure up.

I thought this was a GREAT show – kinda a spin off the the 1990′s Models Inc – such crap to cancel after two shows. Half the people I know are just now tuning in to watch new shows.

I am sooooo upset about TBL being cancelled!!! I looked forward to it and was soooo hooked already! That was a GOOD show that didn’t deserve to be cancelled! How about getting rid of the Vampure Diaries and bring TBL back!!!

I can’t believe it was canceled that’s ridiculous, it looked like it was a well done show, I loved the cast and, I don’t think they should have canceled the show because, they lost a few viewers some of us really liked TBL and, could see stars in the making, I have been waiting forever for Sara Paxton to be on a stable show that’s ridiculous. I am outraged, I believe it’s a stronger show than Vampire Diaries don’t get me wrong I loved it but TBL was really good. WHYYYY!!!!

I loved that show!!! it was one of the things i looked forward to in the week…….and thanks CW for not showing my shows such as Melrose place…and 90210….and putting on the stupid game….(cubs) even though they won…. they screwd up this season…….. so thats two things you did wrong this week….
