Happy Birthday, Hal Sparks

  GLAAD AWARDS Hal Sparks Sept. 25, 2009 — Hal Harry
Magee Sparks III, who played Michael Novotny on “Queer as Folk” (2000-05 on Showtime), turns 40 today.
   He provided the voice of Tak for “Tak & the Power of Juju” (2007-08).
   His first TV appearance was as Jim in the 1987 TV movie “Frog.” He was 18.
   Best wishes to Hal and everybody who shares this special day with him.
