Piper, who plays Belle on “Secret Diary of a Call Girl” (returns for Season 3 in 2010 ), turns 27 today.
She also plays Rose Tyler on “Doctor Who” (2005-2010).
Her first acting role was as Girl Wanting Juan peron’s Autograph in the 1996 movie “Evita.” She was 14.
