More than one ‘Greatest American Dog’ to attend Perry’s Parade

tp-hero-shoulder-cleaned  Travis Brorsen and his Boxer, Presley,
did more than win the CBS competition series “Greatest American Dog.” The Oklahoma natives also made life-long friends during the show’s filming last summer.
And two of them — Bill and Star (the flying orange Brittany) from Flint, Texas — will join the Oklahoma boys for Perry’s 16th Celebration Parade scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19. They will walk in the parade and give a performance at the town square bandstand afterwards.
“Bill and Star, we became really good friends,” Brorsen said in an interview after he and Presley won the title of “Greatest American Dog” and the $250,000 grand prize. “Obviously, being from the midwest, we sure hit it off.”
Other contestants Brorsen has kept in touch with since the show aired include Laura and Preston (Pomeranian), Ron and Tillman (skateboarding English Bull Dog), Brandy and Beacon (Miniature Schnauzer) and Michael and Ezzie (Boston Terrier).
