Happy Birthday, Sam Neill
Sept. 14, 2009 — Nigel Neill, who plays Merritt Grieves in the upcoming series “Happy Town” (midseason premiere on ABC), turns 62 today.
He played Jeremiah Blackthorn on “Crusoe” (2008-09 on NBC).
His first acting role was as Eric in the 1975 movie “Landfall.” He was 28.
