Meet ABC stars at Disney’s D23 Expo Sept. 10 in Anaheim, Calif.
Want to get a sneak peek at ABC’s new fall shows? Want to see some of TV’s biggest stars in person?
Disney’s inaugural D23 Expo is the place to be for those opportunities. It’s a four-day event inside California’s Anaheim Convention Center Arena, but Sept. 10 is when Tom Bergeron (”Dancing With the Stars”) will host “The ABCs of Disney.”
Joining Bergeron on stage to present sneak peeks for their new shows will be Patricia Heaton (she was Debra Barone on “Everybody Loves Raymond” and now stars in “The Middle”), Kelsey Grammer (Frasier on “Frasier” and now Hank on “Hank”) and Ed O’Neill (Al Bundy on “Married With Children” and now Jay on “Modern Family”). Also on hand will be Joseph Fiennes (”FlashForward”) and Steve McPherson (president of ABC Entertainment Group).
“The ABCs of Disney,” which is scheduled to start at 3 p.m., will conclude with a dance performance by “Dancing with the Stars” professional champions Cheryl Burke (two-time winner with partners Drew Lachey and Emmitt Smith) and Derek Hough (Season 7 champion with Brooke Burke). Also, Donny Osmond will be joined by his professional ballroom partner, Kym Johnson, and preview his dance abilities for the new season premiering Sept. 21.
After the presentation, fans will have a chance to get autographs and take photos with the stars.
