Happy Birthday, Soleil Moon Frye
Aug. 6, 2009 – Soleil Moon Frye, who played Penelope “Punky” Brewster on “Punky Brewster” (1984-88), turns 33 today.
She played Roxie King on “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch” (2000-03).
Her first acting role was in the 1982 TV movie “Missing Children: A Mother’s Story.” She was 6.
