Brandon and Janette killed it on ‘So You Think You Can Dance!’
OK, by now you must know that I am a fan of Ade and Melissa. But Wednesday’s “So You Think You Can Dance” again showed me that B&J are excellent dancers. Especially Janette. She’s an actress in dance heels, a thespian with a quick step. And Brandon, who has received much kudos since his questionable beginnings on the show, is a strong partner and fine dancer in his own right.
The couple did an Argentine Tango and a jazz dance routine from the great Wade Robson. Amazing lines, energy, strength, polish. Sexy and sultry, fun and compelling to watch. Nigel gave the couple a standing ovation and predicted they would have the highest totals of the night.
Ade and Melissa were strong too, despite her bobble at the end of their disco number. Kayla and Kupono satisfied with a highly emotional Mia Michaels number. Randi and Evan and Phillip and Jeanine were fun to watch.
That leaves Jason and Caitlin, who I suspect will go home unless they get a lot of calls.
