ABC launches call-in contestant search for ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?’
Who wants to be a contestant on “Who Wants to be a Millionare?”
ABC is taking phone calls for potential contestants starting at 6 p.m. Monday. Phone lines will be open for 10 days (until 2 a.m. July 16), and the number to call is 1-800-999-7878 (limit one call per person per day).

The episodes will air during the 10th anniversary edition of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire,” which ABC has scheduled for 11 nights in August (Sunday through Thursday from Aug. 9-23).
There is another way to become “Millionaire” contestants.
Go to www.abc.com (keyword Millionaire) and submit a two-minute video explaining why you would make a good contestants and what you would do with $1 million. From all the submissions, show producers will select individuals to take online tests, from which finalists for the show will be picked.
To increase your chances of being picked for the show, try both audition methods.
Good luck to all.
