Happy Birthday, Lindsay Lohan

 Lindsay Lohan Fashion Charlotte Ronson Fall 2009   July 2, 2009 — Lindsay Dee Lohan,
who stars in the new original TV movie “Labor Pains” (premieres July 19 on ABC Family), turns 23 today.
   She played Kimmie Keegan on four episodes of “Ugly Betty” (2008 on ABC).
   Her first television appearance was as Trick-or-Treater dressed as Garbage on “Late Night With David Letterman” (1992). She was 6.
   Best wishes to Lindsay and everybody who shares this special day with her.
