Happy Birthday, Vincent D’Onofrio

  LAW AND ORDER CELEBRATION June 30, 2009 — Vincent D’Onofrio,
who plays Detective Robert Goren on “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” (8 p.m. Sundays on USA Network), turns 50 today.
   He played Edgar in the 1997 movie “Men in Black.”
   His first acting role was as Lobotomy in the 1983 movie “The First Turn0On!!” He was 24.
   Best wishes to Vincent and everybody who shares this special day with him.
