Happy Birthday, Tichina Arnold

 SAG Awards Arrivals  June 28, 2009 — Tichina Rolanda
Arnold, who played Rochelle Rock on “Everybody Hates Chris” (2005-09 on The CW), turns 40 today.
   She played Nicole Barnes on “One on One” (2001-05).
   Her first acting role was as Mary in the 1983 TV movie “The Brass Ring.” She was 14.
   Best wishes to Tichina and everybody who shares this special day with her.
