Happy Birthday, Busy Philipps

Philipps, who plays Laurie in the upcoming series “Cougar Town” (premieres Sept. 23 on ABC), turns 30 today.
   She played Audrey Liddell on “Dawson’s Creek” (2001-03).
   Her first television appearance was as Mindy in an episode of the 1999 TV series “Saving Graces.” She was 20.
   Best wishes to Busy and everybody who shares this special day with her.
