Take Nickelodeon family cruise with Royal Caribbean
Set sail with Nickelodeon celebrities
and slime this summer.
The network has assembled a week of non-stop activities, big talent and tons of slime for the Nickelodeon Family Cruise with Royal Caribbean. The Mariner of the Seas ship departs Los Angeles on July 26 and will sail the Mexican Riviera with stops in Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. The Freedom of the Seas ship leaves Port Canaveral, Fla., on Aug. 9 and will sail the Eastern Caribbean with stops in Nassau, Bahamas; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Royal Caribbean’s private CocoCay island in the Bahamas.
Already booked for the cruise are some of Nickelodeon’s TV personalities, including “True Jackson, VP” stars Keke Palmer, Ashley Argota and Matt Shively; “iCarly” stars Jeannette McCurdy and Nathan Kress; Tom Kenny (the voice of “SpongeBob SquarePants”); and Chris Hardwick (the voice of Otis on “Back at the Barnyard”).
Among the special activities being planned:
••SpongeBob SquarePants 10th Anniversary birthday bash
••Slime Beach, which offers everyone the opportunity to be slimed for a one-of-a-kind photo.
••Slime Time Live!, an interactive game show with the ultimate goal of getting messy together.
••Nick Live Poolside!: At the pool each day, there will be Nick-themed interactive game shows.
••Nick Screenings of never-before-seen episodes of “SpongeBob SquarePants,” “True Jackson, VP” and more.
••Meet-and-Greet sessions with Nick characters such as SpongeBob, Patrick, Dora and Diego.
