Happy Birthday, Courtney B. Vance
March 12, 2009 — Courtney Bernard Vance, who played A.D.A. Ron Carver on “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” (2001-06 on NBC and USA), turns 49 today.
He guest stars as Russell Banfield on “ER” (9 p.m. Thursdays on NBC).
His first acting role was as Male Student in the 1983 TV movie “First Affair”. He was 23.
