The first was poor Kathy. I thought for a minute at the end of last week's episode that the second was Bill. I'm sure he's not dead though, and now I see there's another week, to kill somebody off. I don't think there could be a show without Bill, so it must not be him, or any of his 3 wives. Maybe Bill's brother? Wanda would really go off the deep end then.
