I have always admired Levar Burton I used to watch Reading Rainbow as child and as a result I am an avid reader. I thoroughly enjoyed him as Geordi in Star Trek TNG, I’ve been a closet Trekkie since 1986. It’s a shame Star Trek has been relegated to reruns (which I watch religiously). His movie acting roles have been exceptional as well( i.e. Roots). Happy Birthday Levar Burton, and many more to come.
