Happy Birthday, Kirstie Alley
Jan. 12, 2009 — Kirstie Louise Deal, who played Rebecca Howe on “Cheers” (1987-93), turns 58 today.
Her most recent TV role was as Byrdie Langdon in the 2007 Lifetime movie “Write & Wrong.”
Her first acting role was as Lt. Saavik in the 1982 film “Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan.” She was 31.
Best wishes to Kirstie and everybody who shares this special day with her.

HI, I have always kept up with you, in a nice way. My daughter lives in West Hollywood and would sincerely love to meet you on one of my trips there. I think you are a wonderful person slim or on the heavy side, don’t matter, think the media is so cruel and I love your beautiful side, so does my husband……….I can relate cause I diet every day and folks refere to me as “hefty”, and I don’t see myself that way, just 15-20 lbs over weight and working on loosing it, time and time again. I have always admired you for so much, would make my day to buy you lunch and get to know you better. I’m a simple person in bum Apache Junction AZ. One of my life goals is to meet you etc.
