Happy Birthday, Alyssa Milano

Alyssa Milano   Dec. 19, 2008 — Alyssa Jayne Milano, who played Phoebe Halliwell on “Charmed” (1998-2006 on The WB), turns 36 today.
   Her most recent TV role was as Billie on “My Name Is Earl” (nine episodes in 2007-08).
   Her first acting role was as Diane in the 1984 movie “Old Enough.” She was 12.
   Best wishes to Alyssa and everybody who shares this special day with her.
