Happy Birthday, Miley Ray Cyrus

Miley Cyrus   Nov. 23, 2008 — Destiny Hope Cyrus, who plays Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana on “Hannah Montana” (6:30 p.m. weekdays on Disney Channel), turns 16 today.
   She provided the voice of Mudka’s Meat Hut Waitress on two episodes of “The Emperor’s New School” (8 a.m. Saturdays on ABC).
   Her first acting role was as Kylie in the Pax series “Doc” (2003 episode titled “Men in Tights”). She was 11.
   Best wishes to Miley and everybody who shares this special day with her.
