Cast Your Vote for American Music Awards
It’s not too late to vote for your favorite breakthrough artist for the 2008 American Music Awards.
Although voting closed Nov. 7 for 19 categories, the polls are still open in the category that will determine the fans’ top favorite from a list of new artists. In fact, voting will even continue during the live telecast of the 35th annual American Music Awards, which begins at 7 p.m. Sunday (Nov. 23) on ABC.
So who’s it going to be? (A) Colbie Caillat, (B) Flo Rida, (C) Jonas Brothers, (D) Paramore or (E) The-Dream? Cast your vote by going to www.abc.com or by texting the letter of your favorite artist to “AMA” (262) from your T-Mobile phone.
And tune in Sunday to see who the public picked as the favorite female country artist (Carrie Underwood and Reba McEntire were nominees), favorite male country artist (Garth Brooks was in the running) and favorite country band, duo or group (Rascall Flatts and Brooks & Dunn were nominees), among other categories.
