Happy Birthday, Fran Drescher
Sept. 30, 2008 — Francine Joy Drescher, who played Fran Reeves in “Living With Fran” (2005-06 on The WB) and Fran Sheffield in “The Nanny” (1993-99 on CBS), turns 51 today.
Her most recent TV role was as Suzy Levine in the HBO original series “Entourage” (the episode titled “The All Out Fall Out” aired Sept. 21, 2008).
Her first acting role was as Connie in the 1977 movie “Saturday Night Fever.” She was 31.
