ABC wants viewer’s input for “Wife Swap”

wife-swap.jpg   Have a favorite family from a past episode of “Wife Swap”? ABC wants to know.
For the show’s 100th episode, the network plans to have two familes who clicked with viewers in a past episode team up for a swap. A total of 24 families — including the family of clowns, the pirates and the drag racing family — are in the running.
Viewers are asked to vote for their top two from Oct. 3 to 24 at www.abc.com/. To help refresh everyone’s memory, mini-videos and online bios of the eligible familes will be available online.
The families receiving the most votes will be featured in the 100th episode of “Wife Swap” scheduled to air in 2009.
According to ABC, “Wife Swap” is “a mind-blowing experiment that often changes lives forever.” Each week, the show features two families with different values who take part in a two-week long challenge. The wives from the families exchange husbands, children and loves (but not bedrooms) to discover what it’s like to live another woman’s life.
