Regis meets ‘Mother’

Television personality Regis Philbin will guest star on “How I Met Your Mother,” which opens its fourth season Sept. 22 on CBS.
Production on the episode featuring Philbin begins Aug. 18. In the episode, Philbin (guest-starring has himself) meets a burger-mad Marshall (played by Jason Segel) while on his quest to find the restaurant where he had his very first New York burger.
The episode is scheduled to air Sept. 29.
