“Hello, Angels.” Here’s some Emmy news from ABC
“Surprise, surprise, surprise!” The 60th annual Primetime Emmy Awards telecast will feature some of TV’s most memorable lines being recited by some of TV’s most recognizable stars.
Among those scheduled to “Nudge, Nudge, Wink, Wink” and say classic lines from TV’s past 60 years are Alec Baldwin (“30 Rock”), William Baldwin (“Dirty Sexy Money”), Ricky Gervais (“Extras”), Kelsey Grammer (“Frasier”), Heidi Klum (“Project Runway”), Denis Leary (“Rescue Me”), Helen Mirren (“Prime Suspect”), Jeremy Piven (“Entourage”), Doris Roberts (“Everybody Loves Raymond”), William Shatner (“Star Trek”), James Spader (“Boston Legal”) and Donald Trump (“The Apprentice”).
The 60th Annual Emmy Awards will air Sept. 21 on ABC, and more celebrity reciters will be announced later. “Not that there is anything wrong with that.”
