Oklahoma actor to appear on “Cleaner”
Robert Blesse phoned from Los Angeles the other day. The Oklahoma City native, who moved to California shortly after graduating from Oklahoma State University, landed another television role.
He will appear in the second episode of “The Cleaner,” premiering at 9 p.m. Tuesday on A&E. He guest stars as a surfer named Marty in the episode titled “Rag Dolls.”
“I play a surfer who hangs outside at the surf shop,” said Blesse, whose acting resume also includes roles on “Bones,” “Grounded For Life” and “JAG.”
“It was the first time I have had to work with my shirt off. I was a little bit self concience, but I saw the scene and everything came out good.”
Even better is the news that it could become a recurring role for Blesse, who shot his scene with series star Benjamin Bratt.
In any case, Blesse continues to take acting classes and attend auditions.
“I’m doing really well and having a great time all the time,” he said. “Be sure and watch the second episode of ‘The Cleaner.’ It will be the best ever.”
