I’m such a fan of this show and love this series you’re writing. There have been so many silent hero, Coach Taylor ‘moments’ to choose from. A few that you didn’t mention: That silent walk home Coach took with Matt after Matt’s father died. That (Spoiler Alert) scene where he’s sitting outside of his room, listening to his team leaders like a fly on the wall and discovering he’d done alright by them. Choosing the cow pasture to hold a big game when Hermann Field was in need of clearance by the EPA. The moment(Spoiler Alert) when, after he’d discovered the real reason why his Lion’s weren’t ranked and why Cafferty was suspended … that the only way to beat the corrupt football regime was to win State. And he silently wrote it on the whiteboard.
