I have friends that absolutely think they are the greatest thing ever. Even friends of mine in the “music biz” just talk in wonder over them. But for me it is somewhat lost. I don’t dislike them but I don’t see why they are so great.

The video above for Lotus Flower is interesting. I like the minimalist approach. I liked the funky groove of the tune. But I’m not going to put this song in my car when I’m driving. I’ll fall asleep. Maybe I’m de-sensitized but I don’t think so. I just feel that Radiohead popularity is a little like the “Emperor’s new clothes.” Many people think they are great because everyone else says so. But why?
