In Bruges is one of the most amazing scripts I have ever seen. It is truly incredible. I think I will always rate In Bruges in my top ten favorite films of all time. I left the cinema moved, and in deep contemplation of the film’s themes. I thought the film was sensitive in ways that very few films ever get. I cared about the characters.
I laughed and I thought. What more could I ask. Wonderful! I wish it won the Academy Award for best Original Screenplay.
