		<description><![CDATA[I caught &quot;Gonzo&quot; at SXSW; it was a lot of fun and had some interesting footage I&#039;ve never seen before.  It had an odd narrative, though, basically skipping everything from 1972 to the last years of his life.

One amazing thing the film highlights is how valuable someone of HST&#039;s caliber of wit and fearlessness would have been in the last few years.  His essay written on September 12, 2001 is frighteningly prescient
