Video of the Day: Portishead, “Machine Gun.”
After a decade lag, Portishead finally return this month with 3. I should have the disc in my hands by day’s end, but if it’s anything like “Machine Gun,” a terse and mechanical dirge, the days of John Barryesque spy music appear to be over.
