Trust no one

The title of the new “X-Files” movie was announced today by Fox and Chris Carter. This film, due July 25, is titled “X-Files: I Want to Believe.” Of course, we Lone Gunmen know that title is a reference to the poster on Fox Mulder’s wall.

As quickly as the journo and movie gods will allow, I will post excerpts from my interview with Chris Carter this morning. The truth is in here — or at least, it will be.

WHAT. I spent the better part of the 90s glued to this show each time it was on. It is the ONLY show I have ever watched that would cause me to go to great measures to ensure I could watch each new episode as it aired. I even had the computer game, but was never good enough to finish it, and used up each saved session available. Sigh….ah, the good old days….hmmm…come to think of it, it was actually the only really good thing that happened to me in the 90s….let the old wounds reopen! let fox mulder heal them again. :)
