Seems like they're building to a sweeps event where he has the opportunity to prevent his ex-fiancee's death, but doing so would prevent his marriage to his current wife, and keep his son from ever existing. I don't see this show becoming great, but the actors seem to have the right pitch to make some nice dramatic moments possible. I guess I just dismissed this as the bastard offspring of "Quantum Leap" and "Early Edition." I'll be honest -- I'd like to give this a try, but I need to check with my Tivo, first. She's plenty busy as is and I don't know if we can squeeze another sci-fi/fantasy show in. Speaking of shows better than the Sci-Fi network, have you checked out "Eureka," which is on the Sci-Fi network? Because it's in season 2 and I've been hooked by a great premise, funny weekly plots and a fairly round character growth. Huhn.
