It boggles my mind how people are so superstitious to believe the just plain false information she spews. Her son even does “readings” for only $500, the entire income of those two is based solely on deception and lies. I can’t believe more is not being done to expose them, and generally any person with psychic ability not backed by hard science and observation. They are basically stealing money from people, how is this not illegal?

Technically, you are correct. But since the verification of aliens would be the greatest scientific discovery in human history, do you think this “revelation” would be a lead story on the ABC Evening News? The New York Times? CNN? Did you hear of this gigantic prediction before you read it on my blog or before you saw it on Montel? This is the time to use a bit of logic and reason. Are you one of her blind followers who believes ANYTHING she utters WITHOUT verification? Come on….

Just because you haven’t seen them, does not mean they have not shown themselves to someone…..did her prediction say we would ALL see them, or that YOU would? No…it said they would BEGIN to show them sleves….who is saying with FACT that this has not happened, how do you know? And if NASA is the one who knows do you think they would tell us….. think about it.

That’s only one of a plethora of inaccurate predictions that she’s made. I wasn’t surprised in the least. I was so sure she would be wrong that I put a one year countdown clock on the blog so people could follow exactly when she would be proven wrong. I just hope you’re not one who gave her $820 for a twenty minute reading.

No she never responded. I confronted her on CNN and she made up a lame excuse, which I will be sharing with members of your class soon. I doubt seriously that Montel believes her claims, but since she helped his ratings immensely–and provided him checks for his fight against MS–he let it slide.

A few questions come to mind – (1) has Sylvia responded to the missed deadline? Does she have any response for her missed predication(s)? (2) does Montel believe in Sylvia’s claims?

I’d just like to say that I’m kind of glad that alien life forms have not made contact with humans on earth (yet?). We aren’t ready for that yet!
