Tory Burch Team sends message to customers
Hurricane Sandy has been devastating. Our thoughts are with all of our customers in the region during this difficult time.
As a New York City-based company, we have been impacted by the storm and want to update you on our current status. Our team has been working around the clock to continue to best serve our customers with as minimal disruptions as possible.
Due to power outages, our warehouse in New Jersey, customer service center and headquarters in lower Manhattan are closed, and will open as soon as power is restored. Please note that shipments of orders to locations affected by the hurricane will experience delays.
Currently, the following stores in the tri-state area remain closed:
NY:
Elizabeth Street
Meatpacking District
East Hampton
Manhasset
NJ:
Riverside Square in Hackensack
The best way to contact us right now is to email inquiries@toryburch.com or call 1-866-480-8679. It may take a little longer than usual for us to respond, but we will do our very best to get back to you as quickly as possible and answer all of your emails and calls.
We are dedicated to providing the best possible experience, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sincerely,
The Tory Burch Team
