In grades K-5 do the students have to lead the prayer and worship time or can a parent do it? This is the first time our school will be participating and I am trying to get it organized. There may be as many as 3 or more but we will be there. I just need to know if I can help or if my 8 or 6 year old will have to start.

I lead my schools see you at the pole:) been doing it for the past three years and i would encourage every school to participate if they dont already. its an amazing feeling to come together and sing and pray for a common goal…to have a faith filled school. Those who dont attend school (parents:) every prayer for this event is very much appreciated

Im planning to be at the pole tomorrow at my Elementary school here in Kansas. I’m an educational aide at my school I’m completly convinced that we have to extend this wondeful Chrisitian act to Elementary Public Schools as well we do for Middle and HS. We should suggest Chrisitan steachers to show up and pray for their Elementaries. I sent the invitation to more than 40 and staff members and teachers in my school and i did’t get any reply yet nor encouragement. So sad. I’m praying for tomorrow, I don’t care if Im the only person at the pole, I’m not ashamed of the Gospel.
