		<description><![CDATA[When I saw the candy canes I knew exactly what you were referring to before I read the article.  I remember when this case came out but never heard what happened to the little boy.  I had no idea it would be taken to the Supreme Court.  It should be.  This is one of the most craziest stories to be reported.  At that point many cases had already been won in the courts where students on their own initiation were allowed to express their religious freedom on the school grounds.  It is sad that after 15+ years these types of cases are still being fought in the courts.]]></description>
