Republican Markwayne Mullin Declared Winner in 2nd District Race

AP is projecting Republican Markwayne Mullin will defeat Democrat Rob Wallace in the eastern Oklahoma congressional district currently held by retiring Rep. Dan Boren. That will make the Oklahoma congressional delegation all Republican for first time since 2000.
